Data collected through the contact form

When you submit an enquiry through the Contact page, we receive:

• the type of enquiry (business or individual);
• your name and email address;
• your company name (business enquiries);
• the service you are interested in;
• if you provide them: your telephone number, budget, preferred date (individual enquiries) and message;
• the URL of the form page and the URL of the page you visited immediately before it.

To limit abusive submissions (a maximum of 5 enquiries per hour from the same connection), the server records an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address and the time of each submission. Your IP address is not stored in plain text; these records are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Purpose

This data is used solely to handle your enquiry: to reply to you and, where appropriate, prepare a quote. It is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with any third party other than our hosting provider.

Retention period

Enquiries received are retained for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Transmission and hosting

The form is processed on the servers of our hosting provider, Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Your enquiry is sent to us by email at contact@alzati.ch. This email service is also hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Third-party services

Fonts: the fonts are hosted on our website; no data is sent to a third-party service to display them.

Videos: the “Les Coulisses” project page features YouTube videos (Google). No connection is made to YouTube until you click on a video: the preview is hosted on our website. When you click, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube then receives your IP address and may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Social media: the links to Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary links; no data is sent to these services until you click them.

The website does not use an audience analytics tool or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@alzati.ch.

If you believe that your data is not being processed in accordance with the law, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
